I cannot rate KP Home Improvement highly enough. They renovated two of bathrooms with fantastic outcome. They managed throughout the process to keep us with at least one washing facility - which is great after a long day, and the work results were amazing. They also brought some excellent ideas how to do things a little differently. Cost wise they were excellent value; keeping to budget as well as being flexible to allow for any nagging issues if things needed changing.
Also they travelled to ours from nearly an hour away, and we're always there on time and did everything possible not to leave each night with the work area tidy.
I thank them for all they did, they were a pleasure to work with and would certainly use their services again as well as recommend them to others.

Bathroom and en suite - Bedford

My wife and I have been dealing with KP Improvements for the past couple of years. We were recommended as a company that cared and always gave a professional service. We initially involved the company in a fantastic transformation of an upstairs room into a walk in shower room. The staff utilised a hole that they made in the garage roof to gain access thus avoiding any mess through the house. Their friendliness, had work and professionalism showed throughout the job which took just over two weeks due to the complexity. When we wanted a new kitchen we did not go to anyone else as we genuinely believed that no other company could do the job that KP Improvements would. The kitchen has now been completed and it certainly has the wow factor. I cannot commend Kam and his team enough for what they have done for us to make sure we have the perfect kitchen. Thanks.

LEW AND CAROLINE

We would be delighted to recommend KP Home Improvements. The standard and quality of the workmanship and attention to detail are exceptional.  The personnel are very friendly and professional and are always conscious that they are working in a home environment and make great efforts not to intrude on daily life.   In a competitive quote situation they are extremely favourable, but most important of all,  Kam is able to turn an expectation into reality with his excellent vision and artistic slant.  We have recommended KP to several family and friends and they have all been delighted with the outcomes

MARCO DE-COTIS - MANAGING DIRECTOR / E-TCS LIMITED

KP Home Improvements Ltd tackled a total refurbishment of my elderly mother's large 4-bedroom house in North London to rent it out to provide income for her care home costs. This included a complete new kitchen, two new bathrooms, replacement internal doors, sanding and varnishing the parquet floor, new tiling and total redecoration. Work outside and to the garden was undertaken. This was the first time I had undertaken such a large building project and was understandably nervous.

Kamil Petrus advised and supported from the outset in choosing well-priced and good quality fitments for rental purpose using local Peterborough businesses. Kam runs a very tight shop with his team choosing only people  he knows and trusts.  All waste material was removed efficiently and I knew that the house would be left immaculate for viewings. The work was carried out to a high standard throughout and once a couple of teething problems in the family bathroom had been sorted out fairly promptly.

The first tenants - a family of five - here for a year from France were delighted, and apparently sad to have to move on to their next posting. Great consideration had been taken regarding the aesthetics too - Kamil has an eye for design as well as the market - and house looked so impressive that a photo was used for the front of the London estate agents' brochure when advertising for the next tenants.

Kam was polite, patient and considerate at all times as were his experienced team. It was challenging at times liaising with a brother living abroad and my mother in hospital with the house at such distance. We were advised transparently at all times regarding the costs and the work came in on budget.

My mother is now happy in a care home and the second tenant is moving in this month. I look very much to some work being carried out on our own house.
